    BP was cited for 760 different safety and environmental violations, yet still got environmental waivers for the Deepwater Horizon rig that's now destroying the Gulf. "Oh, but if we issued the 761st citation," an unnamed governmental lackey stated, "we would have REALLY clamped down on 'em!"
